Maternal Mental Health Awareness 

May 1-7 is Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week. At least 1 in 10 women will suffer from poor mental health during their pregnancy, in fact some studies say it’s many more than that.

We also know that at least the same number of women can develop post-natal depression. We are raising awareness of Maternal Mental Health Awareness this week (and World Maternal Mental Health Day, 3rd May).
